A rejuvenated South Coast Pirates have revealed a 24-man side that will travel to Kisumu to play stuttering Kisumu RFC in a KRU Championship league fixture set for Maseno University Grounds, at 3:00 PM.
The Kevin Amiani led side is coming from two consecutive away wins and are looking to bridge the gap between them and log leaders Catholic Monks while Kisumu will be seeking put some daylight between themselves and relegation places.
Kisumu are currently in the relegation zone and are yet to win this season.
The front row will consist of the ever green Ferdy Amunga who is back from injury and will join Scott Lugara and Dominic Atira.
The second row has Nick Omodo and Adnan Juma. Cliphod Odhiambo and co Captain Charles Okwemba partnership at
back row will continue in the third game in a row. Collins Kabayo is untouched and will complete the pack as eighth man.
However at the back, Philip Mbisi has been tasked with a halfback spot and this sees regular Ali Rashid drop to the bench,Mbisi will partner William Kyallo.
In the midfield, speedster Joseph Musyoki will join Devin Abuga. The trio of Kenyan International Charles Tendwa,Ken Omaset and Bakari Hassan are back three and will play key role as they seek to steer the team on their third away win this season.
Pirates leading try scorer Steve Bosire is back from injury and has a place at the bench, Pirates academy graduate Idd Lugara is on the traveling team and he will looking to make and impact off the bench making his second appearance for the senior side.
Pirates have not played a home game this season after their clash against Mean Machine was postponed last Weekend.
