Kenya Cup week 1 fixtures, venues and broadcast details

The Kenya Cup season will kick off this Saturday 27 November with six matches lined up at five different venues.

Strathmore Leos will play Nakuru RFC in the early kick-off clash as Kenya Harlequins and Impala Saracens battle in the Ngong Road Derby. The two matches will be at RFUEA Grounds.

The RFUEA Grounds doubled header will be broadcast live by KRU Broadcasters K24.

The other opening matches of the season will see Champions KCB Rugby take on Homeboyz at KCB Sports Club at 3:00 PM as runners-up Kabras RFC welcome Blak Blad at Kakamega Showground in another 3:00 PM kick-off.

At the neighbouring MMUST Grounds, MMUST Rugby will face Nondies. Menengai Oilers have a date against Mwamba Rugby Club at Moi Showgrounds in Nakuru. The competition will run concurrently with the Women’s league.

“This year’s league season will also incorporate women’s action. There will be three fixtures this weekend starting with the early kick off between Mwamba and Topfry Nakuru at the RFUEA. Ruckit and Yamananshi Impala will duel at the Impala Club with Homeboyz and Northern Suburbs facing off in Ruaraka,’ KRU announced.
