Kenya Cup side Menengai Oilers bolstered their squad with seven new signings ahead of the 2021/22 season.
The club has raided Homeboyz Rugby for the services of Utility forward Stanley Isogol and lock Wallace Onyango. Lock Brian Sinei has joined the club on a loan deal from Kenya Cup side Nondies.
Albert Obura who has been out of action for a while is set to make a return with the Nakuru-based side. Destirious Ifedha joins the side from Bungoma High School.
Former Kenya Harlequins backrower Peter Misango and Kenya Simbas centre John Okoth have also completed moves to the club. Head Coach Gibson Weru says getting experienced players was their target in the window.

“The new players bring in experience and stability to our team. We were looking at the experience which we have been lacking,” Gibu told the Scrummage.
The side which has also brought in Mitch Ocholla as the backs coach will be seeking to better their 2021 performance.
Last season they reached the semis for the first time in their history. They managed a third-place finish in the 2021 regular campaign.
