Kenya Cup final: Kabras vs KCB match officials confirmed

Match officials for the 2021 Kenya Cup Final and third-place playoff matches scheduled for Saturday 4 September have been confirmed.

Moses Ndung’u has been appointed the centre referee for the Kenya Cup final match pitting Kabras RFC and KCB Rugby. The match is scheduled to kick off at 2:00 PM with Godwin Karuga and Constant Cap set to serve as his assistants.

It will be Ndung’u second straight Kenya Cup final, having reffed the 2018/19 final which was played in Kakamega.

Collins Wekesa will be in charge of the Technical Zone as Damas Ogwe serves as the Coach Match Official. Collins Nabiswa and Peris Mukoko will also be part of the match officials.

The third playoff match between Menengai Oilers and Strathmore Leos is scheduled to be at the same venue that will host the final. Beryl Akinyi will be the centre referee with Noreen Liyosi and Duncan Kioko being his assistant.

Wekesa will still be in charge of the Technical Zone Official. Paul Weloba will be the Coach Match Official.
