Kenya Cup holders KCB Rugby have opened an eight-point gap on top of the Kenya Cup standings after matchday 11 action.
The bankers have won all their matches played this season and have picked a total of six bonus points for 38 points. Their eighth win of the season saw them beat Nakuru 26-13.
Kabras RFC sit second on the log with 30 points and have two games in hand after resting on Saturday. Kabras are scheduled to face KCB next weekend and will be keen to cut the gap between them, to keep their top spot hopes alive.

There is still a 13-point gap between Kabras and third-placed Menengai Oilers. Oilers also rested over the weekend and stay on 17 points from seven matches having won three matches and drawn once. They will be keen to hold on to the third spot to keep the semi-final dream alive.
Strathmore Leos whose clash against Impala Saracens was postponed remain third with 16 points while Impala with three games in hand sit fifth. Kenya Harlequins and Nondies stay above Nakuru RFC who were unable to pick a point in their loss to KCB.
