Three matches are scheduled to take place on Saturday 10 July as the race for the Kenya Cup titles continues.
Impala Club is scheduled to host a doubleheader with Mwamba opening the weekend’s action schedule with a date against Menengai Oilers. Mwamba will be eyeing the second straight win of the season as Oilers seek to hold on to the second spot.
The same venue is set to host the clash between Impala Saracens and Nakuru RFC. Impala are also in search of the second straight win of the season as Nakuru hope to widen the gap between them and Kenya Harlequins.
RFUEA Grounds is scheduled to host the rescheduled clash between Kabras RFC and Blakblad. The match will commence at 3:00 pm with both Kabras and Blad returning to action for the first time since March 2021.
Three team’s, Kenya Harlequins, Nondies, and KCB are set to rest. The matches are not open to fans due to the COVID-19 protocols. The Union has confirmed that the Nairobi based clubs have taken their COVID-19 tests and Nakuru based clubs will get tested this Thursday.
“The Nairobi Clubs got their covid tests done yesterday at the RFUEA Grounds on Wednesday 7th July while the Nakuru teams will get tested on Thursday in preparation for Saturday’s action,” reads a statement by Kenya Cup.
