2018/19 Kenya Cup defending Champions KCB and 2019’s Enterprise Cup winners Kabras are scheduled to meet in the League Curtain raiser named Charity Cup.

According to the 2021 Kenya Cup fixtures, the two will renew their rival on 20 February 2021 in the Charity Cup which returns on schedule. The clash is always between the Champions of the previous season and winners of the oldest competition in Kenya- Enterprise Cup.

“This will pave way for a league curtain-raiser pitting the current holders of the Kenya Cup against the current Enterprise Cup champions. This encounter will be played on Saturday 20 February,” reads a statement by KRU.

Seven days after the Charity Cup, the season will kick off with the two sides facing off with the newbies who would have earned promotion from the second tier. The two sides will then meet on the final day of the regular season which will be 8 May 2020.

KCB and Kabras have met in four Kenya Cup finals with the Bankers emerging top in all the four meetings. Kabras has beaten KCB once since their promotion in 2014. The win was at KCB Sports Club last season with the clash ending 19-6.
