Homeboyz hit Kenya Harlequins to complete a double

Homeboyz completed a doubled over Kenya Harlequins in a spectacular fashion, handing the side a 48-3 beating at RFUEA Grounds on Saturday.

Centre Bob Muhati was the first player on the scoresheet as he raced on to score at the centre. Mohamed Omollo joined the scoresheet with five points after conversion and a penalty. Zeden Marrow went over for the seecond try after being put through by Leonard Mugaisi.

Joshua Chisanga ensured a 22-0 lead at half time after rising from the scrum to score a try while Omollo added a conversion. Quins started the second half by getting three points but Muhati returned to the scoresheet for his second to widen the gap while Omollo splits the posts with the conversion.

Backrower Stanley Isogol and Meshach Akenga scored a try each to take side into the ’40s and Mugaisi sealed their victory with a try that was converted by Ervin Asena.
