Change of venue for Kisumu-Kabras match

Kenya Cup have announced changes to the venue of the match pitting bottom-placed Kisumu RFC and league leaders Kabras scheduled for Saturday 25 January.

The match will be at Mamboleo Grounds and not at Kisumu Polytechnic Grounds as earlier announced by Kenya Cup.

“VENUE CHANGE | The @KisumuRugby v @RfcKabras
the match will now be played at the Mamboleo Showground in Kisumu City,” reads a statement by Kenya Cup.

Mamboleo Grounds was unavailable last weekend forcing the Kenya Cup clash pitting Kisumu and KCB to staged at Kisumu Poly Grounds.

The other venues remain unchanged with third-placed Homeboyz scheduled to make a short trip to RFUEA Grounds to face Kenya Harlequins as they seek to complete a double over the latter.  Nondies will be at the neighbouring Impala Club for a clash against Impala.

At Nakuru Athletic Club, a Nakuru Derby will be witnessed with Nakuru RFC set to host Menengai Oilers with the aim of revenging first-leg loss.

Defending Champions KCB will be in Kakamega Town to face Western Bulls at the Bull Ring in another clash of the day.

Blad Blad will travel to tackle Mwamba RFC at Railways Club as Impala entertain Nondies at Impala Club.

The matches are scheduled to kick off at 4PM.
