Western and Central Nationwide League Standings

With most of the teams completing their regular league games this coming weekend, the top position in Western and Central Nationwide are still up for grabs

CITAM Kisumu will go into the last weekend at pole position with 34 points followed closely by Maseno University with 32 points who have 1 game in hand. Jaramogi and Vihiga Granites are tied on 26 points each but the former have a superior goal difference.

A win for MMUST II during the weekend wasn’t enough to take them in the top 4. They have stagnated at position 5 with 23 points. Bungoma remains at 6th having amassed 16 points with their neighbours, Webuye RFC placed 7th with 9 points. Siaya drops to position nine relinquishing the last quarterfinal spot to Mbale RFC who have 3 points.

In Central, Kiambu sits on top with 38 points. JKUAT are second with 32 points having 1 game in hand. Embu are third with 26 points. MKU Thika climbs to position four thanks to a bonus-point victory over the weekend, Chuka Vikings drops to fifth with Meru also rising to 6th with 20 points. Zetech University are placed at number 7 with 17 points. Nanyuki Jackals are eighth on the log with – 1.
