Kenya 7s and Kenya Lionesses have resumed their training sessions ahead of the 2020 matches.
Shujaa are preparing for the World 7s Series campaign where they are set to kick-off the year with a trip to the Hamilton 7s. At Hamilton 7s, they have been pooled together with South Africa, England and Japan.
The team will then head to Sydney 7s for the fourth leg of the series. These will be competitive tournaments as the pool winner will proceed directly to the semi-finals. Kenya Lionesses, on the other hand, will be getting ready for the Hong Kong 7s World 7s Series qualifiers.

Kenya 7s have 15 points at position 11 after two rounds of the series, they will be keen to pick from where they left.
