Rift Valley & Central Region standings

Kabarak University have amassed 21 points from their opening five matches in the Rift Valley Nationwide League.

The Nakuru based side is yet to suffer a defeat in opening five matches played in 2019. Moi Arsonists are placed second with 17 points after five rounds.

They are on level points with Kitale RFC who have also won four of their opening five matches of the season. Molo and Nakuru KITI have three wins each from six matches they have played in this campaign and they have 14 and 11 points each.

After four matches of the season, Nandi have five points and they are sixth. Laikipia have a point while KPA Eldoret and Mavu hold the final two slots.

In the central region, its unbeaten Kiambu who are placed top on the log with 28 points after six matches. They also top the scoring charts with 137 scored points and have conceded a minimum of 13.

Former Championship side JKUAT is also unbeaten and they are on 27 points from six matches played in the season.

Embu are third having accrued 21 points after four wins in their six matches. Chuka have 18 points,  three above MKU Thika.

Zetech and Meru have 12 and 10 points respectively.
