Strathmore Leos squad to face UoE Trojans

Louis Kisia’s third game in charge for the Leos will see him cover more than 200 miles to Eldoret with the aim of inflicting more harm to the struggling University of Eldoret outfit at the UoE Pavillion Grounds.

From the squad that brought to a halt Masinde Muliro University’s unbeaten run, only one change has been effected. Molande Akilano will sit out in the bench and his position taken up by Barnabas Owuor. Captain Gabriel Adero will run out for the third time this season in jersey 6 with Bethuel Muteshi slotting in at the base of the scrum.

Silas Aziz and Fanuel Aduda will work in tandem at the boiler room. Lucas Opal has been named in the first-five eigth and partners Arnold Muita at 9. The midfield duo of Wiseman Aganya and Richard Omedo is also unchanged and so is the back three trio of Cecil Otieno, Alex Maina and the Kenya’s U20 Barthes Cup cult hero Andrew Matoka.

The coach has gone for a 4-4 split in the replacements with four forwards and four backline players. Jude Baraka, Rodney Ambale, Walter Oteku and Mathew Mogaya are some of those who may come in as finishers.
