Great Rift 10 Aside Dream Team

After the completion of the Great Rift 10 Aside tournament held in Nakuru on Saturday and Sunday, the tournament’s dream team has been released.

Winners Menengai Oilers who beat Homeboyz 10-5 to bag the title for the first time have produced Harold Anduvate and Anthony Kibet- the scorer of one of the tries in the finals.

Homeboyz skipper Brian Songoi is the lone player from the Deejays who has made the cut. Despite missing out on the Main Cup quarters Nakuru has produced Monate Akuei and Geoffrey Ominde.

Akuei was in his fine form scoring four tries as Nakuru went on to bag the Challenge trophy. Fifth place winners MMUST have John Bahati and Jacktone Mungayi.

Strathmore Leos Jude Baraka and Patrick Mutuku of Impala complete the 10 man list.
