Kenya Harlequins ring changes ahead of Nondies clash

Ahead of the final Kenya Cup regular season clash against Nondies set for Impala Grounds, Kenya Harlequins tactician Charles Cardovillis has made four changes to his starting squad.

Skipper Peter Misango is back to the squad after starting on the bench in the loss over KCB last weekend.  He will be joined by Melvin Thairu, David Ambunya, and Pius Shiundu.  Brian Obwaya,  Kevin Angote,  and Erick Shikuku who started last weekend are missing in the matchday squad.

Daudi Semwami has been named among the replacements. Misango will assume his role at number eight while Patrice Agunda and Edward Shitanda will take care of the flanks. The second row is unchanged with Mike Onsando and Dan Suchi starting once again.

In the front row, the head coach has handed Thairu a start alongside Frank Khalwale and Paul Kioko. Lyle Asiligwa and Dominic Osino will pair again at halfback. David Ambunya will play alongside inside centre Alex Olaba.

Frank Wanyama has shifted to the open wing pushing William Ambaka to the open side. Puis Shiundu has been called in to fill Shikuku’s void.  The Ngong Road-based side hope is to seal the third slot on the log and have a home quarterfinal clash.

Quins won 32-13 in the first leg encoumter.
