Kabras hand Kubu first start,five changes made for Strathmore clash

Ahead of the Kenya Cup clash against relegation threatened Strathmore Leos at Kakamega Showgorund on Saturday, Kabras head coach Henly Du Plessis has made five changes to his starting line up.

Dan Sikuta,  Philip Wokorach are absent after having been included in the Kenya and Uganda 7s squad for Hong Kong trip.  Brian Tanga who has started in all matches this season will stay out of the clash having missed training due to illness. Jacob Okumba, Nick Baraza  are also missing from the line up.

The tight five remain unchanged with Ephraim Odour, Max Adaka, Asuman Mugerwa, Brian Juma and Hillary Odhiambo keeping their places. Charton Mokua is the only change among the forwards as he comes in for Sikuta.

George Nyambua and Claude Johanness also maintained their slots. Jone Kubu makes the first start of the season as well scrumhalf Barry Robinson. Other players who will be making first start of the season include Jervis Nyakundi and Johnstone Munga’u.

Mario Wilson, Paul Abuto and Felix Ayange remain untouched in the line up. On the bench the coach has Kevin Kaboole, Dan Angwech, Kelly Akengo.

Kabras won the first leg 62-13 and will eyeing another win as they host the students.
