After 14 rounds of the Eric Shirley Shield action, Kabras II have made a return to the top of the standings.
The Sugarmen picked a bonus point over Nakuru and closed the one point gap which was separating them with the Bankers KCB. KCB II failed to collect a bonus point against Mwamba.
The two are level on 65 points but the superior goal difference put Kabras on top of the log. Impala Saracens are third on the log with 55 points having won 11 matches this season.
Homeboyz are fourth on the log with 48 points while Kenya Harlequins are two points behind them. Nakuru RFC closes the top six positions with 40 points.
The top six slots have been already been decided, meaning Menengai Oilers and Nondies who have 29 points each have no chance to reach the competition’s playoffs.
Mwamba have 14 points, three above Strathmore Leos. Blad Blad have gone above Mean Machine after their win on Saturday at UoN Grounds.
