Western Bulls bounced back to winning ways by beating Kitale 13-7 in a KRU Championship match played in Kitale town.
Their first points on the scoresheet for Western Bulls were from a penalty by Henry Odhiambo. Kevin Mutaly added a try for the Kakamega based side.
In the final half, a quick reaction from a penalty saw Jevon Okoth cross over for a converted try. Kitale had got on the score-sheet through a converted try.
The neighbours MMUST picked a 29-9. They opened the scores with two tries from Tyson Juma while UoE cut the gap to four points after two penalties.
On return from the break, Timothy Mmasi and Venance Shikuba added two more tries before their skipper Samuel Mbeche sealed their win with a converted try.
Egerton were held to a 20-20 draw by Pirates while Monks whipped Ngong 34-3. Kisumu pipped Kisii 8-0.
