Kakamega overcome Koyonzo to qualify for 15s nationals

Kakamega High’s Barbarians have defended the Western Region 15s title after a 17-3 win over Koyonzo High School in a match played Thursday morning at Chavakali High.

Kakamega scored through three tries and a solitary conversion while Koyonzo managed one penalty.

Kakamega converted their opening try to lead 7-3. They would later add two more unconverted tries to move 14 points up
