Oilers make a whole sale of changes ahead of Nondies clash

Oilers head coach Gibson Weru has made a host changes to his squad as they prepare to face Nondies in an enterprise cup match on Saturday 9.

In the forwards only Vincent Mwikali retains his spot in the front row, Emmanuel Odero who takes up the skipper roles at second row and Rodgers Audi the only loose forward from last week’s game. A total of five changes to the pack and the coach will be looking at the three to provide the much needed leadership and balance.

They are joined by Hughes Anjera, Azziz Annan and Brian Ndirangu who started off the bench in the last game as they seek to accumulate playing time. The second team duo of Rashid Shimoka and Edwin Abungamana get a chance in the first team.

Kevin Mburu starts at scrum half and will partner with Abutali Wesonga at half back positions. Anthony Kibet and Austin Sikutwa form the midfield combination.

Beldad Ogeta, Peter Wanjala and Davis Nyaundi form the back three of the day.
