Kabras head coach Henly Du Plessis is taking things step by step, saying his team has to keep winning with bonus points in the remaining five games.
He revealed that he will later come up with a clear formula to help them perform well in the knock out phase once they reach the stage
The millers will be looking to bounce back from their loss to KCB last weekend when they travel to the capital to face bottom placed Mean Machine at the UON grounds on Saturday in what can be termed as an easy assignment for them considering their impressive form this season.
Kabras will then welcome Blak Blad to Kakamega, hit the road to face Nakuru before returning for a home match against Strathmore Leos. Their final match before the play offs will get them on the road playing Impala Saracens in the capital.
“We need to win all of the remaining five games. We really want to keep winning and get bonus points to get to the playoffs. Once we get to the playoffs in the five weeks time, I will analyze to know which group of players that I need to be successful in the playoffs.” Du Plessis said after the loss to KCB.
Tied at the top with champions KCB, it seems very likely that the two heavy weights are en route to setting up a clash in the finals for the fourth time.
