KCB recall Chenge, Ojee for Impala clash

KCB Rugby boss Curtis Olago has named his squad that will tackle Impala Saracens in a Kenya Cup match set for KCB Sports Club on Saturday 4 PM.

Forwards Nick Ongeri and Brian Nyikuli have been replaced by Kenya International Davis Chenge and Felix Ojow. Ojow is expected to start on the open flank as Andrew Amonde and Peter Waitere fill the blind side and eighth man respectively.

Chenge will pair with Oliver Mangeni in the second row while the unchanged front-row has Oscar Simiyu, Peter Karia and Curtis Lilako.

Michael Wanjala starts on the bench and his slot has been taken by Samuel Asati who will play alongside Shaban Ahmed.

Stafford Abeka, Brian Omondi paved way for Jacob Ojee and Esau Otieno while Peter Kilonzo, Tony Onyango and  Darwin Mukidza have kept their places in the first 15. The Bankers heads to the clash after impressive 49-3 and 53-3 wins over Nakuru and Strathmore Leos and will be keen to carry the fine form to this match.
