KRU Nationwide League campaign kicked off match day nine action a break for Enterprise Cup fixtures last weekend with only Coast Region Nationwide had no fixtures.

Kiambu maintained their winning streak after shocking Meru with third loss of the season.

Kiambu was on the lead 3-0 after break when the hosts scored a try by Fredrick Kamwara converted by Samwel Chweya turning the lead.

The hosts then fell to a slip and Kiambu carried the ball over the line and converted by Lj Ataine for their narrowly 10-7 win.

Moi bagged biggest win of the day after running in nine tries to thrash Molo RFC 61-0 having led 25-0 before the break.

A hat trick by Jeremy Opis, a brace by Michael Ochieng, single tries by Derrick Kanyiri, Valentine Obote, Martin Mwendwa and Hadison Mwanda and extras by Brian Asoro were the unanswered points by Molo for Moi’s 61.
