Scotland change four for Six Nations duty against Ireland

Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend has named his first 15 side which will face Ireland in Edinburg and he has made four changes from the squad that played last weekends match.
Experienced Sean Maitland, last year’s top try scoring boost the back line after recovering from the hamstring injury to form the familiar back three with Tommy Seymour and fullback Stuart Hogg.

The pack has also received some changes with prop Simon Berghan stepping in to replace injured Willem Nel as Josh Strauss steps in for Sam Skinner who is suffering an ankle injury.

Ben Toolis has been dropped to the bench after Johhny Gray recovered from a shoulder injury taking his position.
Captain Graig Laidlaw pairs Finn Russell at the half backside as another duo Sam Johnson partners Huw Jones take the Center back role. Grant Gilchrist pairs Gray at the lock position as Ryan Wilson partners Jamie Ritchie at the flank sides while Josh Strauss takes the number eight role. Allan Dell, Stuart McInally and Simon Berghan take the front row position.
