Immediate former Kenya 7s Strength and conditioning coach Geoffrey Kimani has rejoined Ugandan Sevens technical bench in a similar capacity.
The tactician return to Uganda comes three months after he opted against honoring a new contract he was offered at Kenya 7s under Paul Murunga led technical bench.
In a statement on his social media, the trainer has expressed delight on his new position and he hopes to play a major role in Uganda’s World 7s Series qualification 7s.
“New turf…honoured once again in returning to Uganda in the capacity of S&C Uganda Sevens for the qualification process of the 2019/2020 World Rugby7s …always grateful to the almighty and Family…
#FlyMen,” read a statement on his social media.
