Nondies condemned Mean machine to yet another 17-3 loss in the first of a double header at the Impala club meaning machine will remain at the bottom of the table.
The university side clad in blue jerseys and black shorts took an early lead through a Festus Shiasi penalty and they continued to knock on the Nondies defence from time to time baying for more to no avail.
Things would stay that way past the half hour mark before Nondies would score the first five pointer of the game after a series of offloads which saw Brian Safari score in the corner. Fielden Sinei could not add the extras the scores remaining 5-3. Machine would then blow a chance to go ahead shortly before half time failing to use extra men on the outside. No points would be added in the first half.
Nondies came out of the blocks all cylinders firing and it took them only five minutes for Brian Sinei to shove his way over the white chalk, Fielden Sinei adding the extras to make matters 12-5.
The fans had to wait for another 20 minutes for another try to come by and this time from former Blak Blad man Steve Odhiambo who scored from the back of a scrum to make matters 17-3 after Sinei could not add the extras. That would prove to be the last change on the score board as Nondies would failf to get that try that would secure a bonus point, going on to win the match 17-3.
