Odhiambo, Owako handed start in Mwamba squad to face Impala

Mwamba head coach Kevin Wambura has named the 23 man squad that will seek to tame Impala in a match that will be played at Railways club on Saturday 19.

Kulabu will be looking to build on their winning form when they face the Gazelles who are wounded coming of a defeat to Nondies last week. Mwamba who are placed sixth with 17 points lie one point behind fifth placed Impala and two behind Fourth placed Nondies further highlighting the importance of this match.

In case Mwamba wins with a bonus point and both Nondies and Harlequins do not pick a point, Kulabu will shoot up to third place in the log.

The fowards will remain unchanged from the last starting line up against Strathmore in a show of trust by the coach. Eugine Nzioka who comes in for Martin Oyugi will partner with Tony Omondi at half back positions. Brad Owako who slots in for Patrick Ruhiu will join Mike Agevi to form the midfield pair. Kenyan international Billy Odhiambo starts at right wing, the fist start this season in place of Felix Otieno who drops to the bench.
