Mwamba RFC have suffered a setback ahead of Strathmore Leos clash with the news that fullback Brian Kivasia will be sidelined for some months with a Knee injury that needs special attention.
Joining the hard luck club, Kivasia was one of the Mwamba’s top performers in the opening matches of 2018/2019 KRU Kenya Cup title campaign.
The player picked up an injury in their loss to KCB and the clubs reveals he requires surgery.
“Kivasia has been ruled for a couple of months as his injury needs surgery.” The Team Manager Fahad Mohammed told the club’s official site.
Commenting on the injury update, Mwamba RFC manager wasn’t happy with Kivisia’s knee injury especially he was recently from a shoulder injury and had regained his form
“This is unfortunate as he was just regaining form after more than a year out with a shoulder injury,” he concluded.
