With six days remaining before the first game of the year 2019, Kenya Cup side Kabras RFC have unveiled a new jersey for their home matches.
The jersey is manufatured by Australian Sportswear company BLK, which kitted Olympic Gold Medal winners Fiji and USA during the Olympic Rugby games held in Brazil.
It has yellow as the dominant colour while black and Green are other colours used. The top features sponsors Kabras Sugar, clubs logo and manufacturers BLK.
Kabras Team Manager David Ngugi says the jersey is set to be used for the first time as they welcome Nakuru based Menengai Oilers at Kakamega Showground.
“The jersey will be probably be used for the first time when we play Oilers. We are the home team so we will decide which jersey to use, Ngugi told Scrummage.
Kabras will be hoping to carry the fine form witnessed at the start of the season to 2019. The Sugarmen won all their five matches with a bonus each.
