Western Bulls trio nearing return

Western Bulls duo Teddy Akala and John Njoroge have resumed light training ahead of the league resumption.
The Kakamega based side has announced that Njoroge who picked a shoulder injury in their 16-15 win over neighbors MMUST has begun lighter sessions as he prepares to return to full action.
The centre has missed four of their five opening matches. Akala, on the other hand, has been nursing an arm injury.
“We feature 3 Bulls, who are currently on the physio table recovering from battle. John Njoroge – our center who was injured vs MMUST at the start of the season, has now started light training. Teddy Akala – who sustained a nagging arm injury is also now back in training,” reads a statement by Bulls.
“Joseph Obiero – The Big Man injured his ankle vs Kisumu Rugby in a HEAVY game, the statement reads further.
Echulusi have been impressive in the opening five games of the Championship. The side has won four their opening five matches. Bulls have amassed 19 points in the matches.
They will resume the league action with a trip to Nairobi for a clash against Catholic Monks.
