Western Bulls, USIU remain unbeaten, Kisumu edge Kitale

Western Bulls have remained unbeaten in the KRU Championship after a 15-8 win over UoE Trojans at the Bull Ring on Saturday.

The match which staged in a rainy evening saw Bulls go ahead courtesy of a try by Rogeshian Odhiambo. Odhiambo stretched the lead with a second try at the corner flag while UoE responded with a  try and penalty.

Willis Mwinamo added the third and the Kakamega based went on to win the tight clash by seven points.

In Kitale, Kisumu RFC won 14-10 thanks tries from  Boniface Okoth and Jaycox Mwavali. Lenny obiero and Brian Bango scored their conversions.

Mombasa bounced back to winning ways with a 21-20 win over Pirates.

USIU beat Ngong 20-15, Monks won 24-5 over Egerton while Kisii downed MMUST 23-6.
