Slow start for Kenya 7s in Dubai 7s

Kenya 7s started the Dubai 7s campaign with a 35-14 loss to Scotland in a match played on Friday 30 November at the Sevens Stadium. 
After a cagey start, Scotland managed to get their footing and they dominated play which saw them score three converted try before the break.  Scotland took lead after Max MCfarland’s try was converted for a 7-0 lead.
Scotland doubled the lead after a converted try by Ferguson and their third try came from Glenn Bruce who went over at post after being set up by Gav Lowe.
In the final half, Max McFarland earned the side a penalty try after he was tackled high as he went over for their third try.  The side added one more try through Sam Pecquer, minutes after debutant Johnstone Olindi scored his debut try in the series.
Skipper Eden Agero got his name on the scoresheet with a converted try in the final minute. Paul Murunga will be hoping for his first win of the campaign as they tackle France.
