France head coach Jacques Brunel has made few changes to his first 15s side which will face Argentina on Saturday at Stade Pierre Mauroy.
The two changes come at the back where Damian Penaud and Geoffrey Doumayrou are respectively replaced by Yoann Huget and Gael Fickou. Damian was ruled out after suffering an ankle injury in the first half clash with South Africa side last weekend.
Yoann will take the left wing role as Fickou takes the number twelve position. The reserve has also received a boost as Benjamin Fall who plays for Montpellier has been promoted to the bench to provide cover at the backline.
Jefferson Poirot, Guilhem Guirado the team’s captain and Cedate Gimes Sa take the front row as Sebastian Vahaamahina and Yoan Maestri pair at the lock position. Wenceslas Lauret and Artur Iturria take the flank role as Louis Picamoles take the number eight position.
Baptiste Serin takes the scrum-half position as Camille Lopez takes the fly-half role. Gael Fickou and Mathieu Bastareaud pair at the center back positions as Yoann Huget and Teddy Thomas begin as the wingers. The days fullback role is taken care of by Maxime Medard.
