Rift Valley Region 2018/19 Nationwide fixtures

The 2018/2019 KRU Rift Valley Region Nationwide tier will consist of 9 teams battling for their way to Championship.
Top at the list is 2018 Koitalel 7s champions Moi University, joined by neighbors Eldoret RFC. From Nakuru, Nakuru KITI and Molo are in while KPA Eldoret, and Nandi Bears all set for the clash as season debutants Laikipia and Kabarak close up the nine-team list.
The teams will meet heads on a one-way match with home and away fixtures for nine rounds of action and each team having a bye once in either of the nine rounds.
After round 4, 8th December, they will take a Christmas break and resume for round 5 on 19th January. After round nine, they’ll take a one month break, where the top eight contesting in the Regions quarterfinals on 23rd March 2018, Semi-Finals on 30th March and Final 6th April to book spots for 2019-2020 Championship Cup Qualifiers quarterfinals
