Canada relieved after win over 'dangerous' Kenya Simbas

Canada captain Phil Mack is glad that they managed to deal with super dangerous Kenya Simbas as they faced off in the Repechage opener.
Mack was instrumental as Canada beat Kenya 65-19 in the opening match of the qualifiers staged at Stade Delort in Marseille, France on Sunday 11 November 2018.
The halfback is delighted that they picked maximum points from the clash as its a beginning to their journey to the 2019 Rugby World Cup which will be staged in Japan.
Mack admits that Kenya were dangerous in the opening half and forced them to work extra hard to win the match.
“It feels great to get the win, we know we need two more so for us it is just the beginning. Hats off to Kenya, they really made us tackle and they are super dangerous so we are just happy with the way we dealt with them, in the first half particularly and it is good to get a win.” Mack is quoted by World Rugby.
Canada will be hoping to maintain their top spot as they tackle second-placed Germany who registered a 26-9 win over Hong Kong.
