Three debutants as Lionesses line up for Safari 7s

Kenya Lionesses head coach Kevin Wambua has named three debutants in his squad that will take part in the Safari 7s women’s tournament at RFUEA grounds this weekend.
The uncapped trio includes Stella Wafula, Cjristabel Tata and Ann Koki.Other players in the squad that will be captained by Philadelphia Olando include Sheila Chajira, Sophia Ayietta, Janet Okello, Sinaida Aura, Grace Adhiambo, Sarah Oluche, Diana Awino and Cynthia Camilla.
Wambua is expected to use the tournament to asses the squad from which he will pick his final team for the Dubai invitational women’s tournament set for November 29.
The tournament will be graced by four teams with Kenya fielding a second string side which will be coached by Felix Olow.
Uganda are also expected to field two teams for the tournament that gets underway at 9am Saturday.

Lionesses B: Mitchelle Akinyi, Maureen Njoki, Enid Ouma, Laurine Akoth, Stacey Atieno, Faith Keino, Faith Marindady(c), Winnie Awino, Veronica Wanjiku, Monica Mueni, Freshia Awino and Dorcas Sinaida.
