Oilers disclose their new signings

 Menengai Oilers head coach Gibson Weru has confirmed the arrival of 10 players in the just concluded transfer window.
The Nakuru based side raided Kakamega Based side Western Bulls for utility Chrispinus Shitundo and prop Kelvin Juma while Ken Odour joined the side from Kisumu RFC.
The coach has also confirmed that Kevin Mburu, Emman Okwako, and Ian Mwau have joined from Egerton Wasps. They have also brought on board Dennis Omondi from neighbours Nakuru RFC.
Former Kakamega High school and KCA University Lock Edwin Abungana has also been confirmed alongside Maxwell Baraka, Ben Mwenda and Mike Mare.
Kabras friendly
A number of the new signing were in action on Saturday as the Kenya Cup newbies produced a spirited fight against Kabras in a friendly match staged in Kakamega. Kabras won 46-26.
The Kenya Cup transfer window closed on Saturday 3 November night and teams are expected to finalize their preparation ahead of the season which is 12 days away.
