KRU Championship side USIU Martials have four players on the sidelines as they continue to prepare for the new season.
Tobby Othieno who missed the Floodies finals after being ruled out four weeks due to a sprained ankle is joined Joseph Kagimu on the injury list. Kagimu has a dislocated finger that will see him stay out for four weeks.
Kaimenyi Victor and Fred Okoth will be on the sidelines for one and two weeks respectively. Okoth suffered a concussion in the Floodlit tournament where they finished second after a loss to Mean Machine while Kamenyi has a bruised shoulder.

The side is set to welcome three players back to training after long-term injuries, Derrick Obiero -shoulder surgery, Joe Awori – broken leg surgery and Awitti Atanas – ankle surgery are getting ready for a comeback.
USIU will begin their campaign with an away match against Egerton in Njoro.
