Impala Floodlit semifinal MVPs

After the conclusion of the Impala Floodlit semifinals, the top performers in each match were awarded by the Sponsors of the event Blaze.
In the final match of the day played at 1930, former Kenya 7s skipper Andrew Amonde was named the Most Valuable Player after his display in their 34-10 win over Homeboyz.
Despite Strathmore Leos falling to Impala in the Semis, Alex Maina was picked for the MVP award while Mwamba debutant Elvis Namusasi was the best in the clash pitting Mwamba and Nondies.
Frank Wanyama impressed in the final plate semifinal match between Kenya Harlequins and Nakuru RFC.
In the Varsity League, Marvin Karugi and Kelvin Munene were awarded as the MVPs after guiding Mean Machine and USIU went on to book a final slot in the Varsity Category.
KCB beat Homeboyz 34-10 while Impala edged Strathmore 20-18 to reach the finals. Mwamba and Kenya Harlequins will battle for the plate.
