Mugaisi on a hat-trick as Kenya cruise to Africa 7s final

Kenya 7s have qualified for the Africa 7s final after a whipping  36-5 Madagascar in the semifinal tie played on Sunday in Tunisia
Leonard Mugaisi quick start from a penalty saw him crossover for Kenya’s opening try. Mugaisi doubled the lead after winning the ball from the kickoff and Taabu converted the try for a 12-0 lead.
The Madagascans spilled the ball from the kick-off and Mwamba’s Eliakim Kichoi picked it and sprinted on to earn Kenya the third try. Derrick Keyoga landed the fourth try for Innocent Simiyu charges who went to the break leading 24-0.
Final half
Brian Wahinya footwork saw him come close but was brought down at just before the five-metre line, Taabu who was in support fed Mugaisi to score his third try of the day.
Gramwel Bunyasi scored the final try for Kenya while Madagascar managed a late consolation. Kenya will face the winner of the Uganda- Zimbabwe match in the finals.
