All Blacks needed a late converted try by Ardie Savea to beat South Africa 32-30 in the final Rugby Championship Test staged in Pretoria on Saturday.
The closely contested match saw Handré Pollard score two penalties that were cancelled by Beauden Barrett for a 6-6 scoreline at halftime.
In the final half, South Africa’s Steven Kitshoff was setup by Jesse Kriel and he went over for the opening try of the game. Pollard added the extras and a penalty for 16-6.’

Siya Kolisi put through De Allende, who dotted down under the posts and Pollard added the conversion before All Blacks responded through Aaron Smith’s try.
Willie le Roux extended the lead for Springboks and Pollard conversion saw the side hit 30 points. Ioane, Barrett, Savea scored a try each while Mo’unga scored three penalties as All Blacks came from behind to avoid a double loss to South Africa.
