Blow for Nakuru RFC as three more players decamp

Former Kenya Cup champions Nakuru RFC have lost the services of three more players in the ongoing transfer window.
Ex- Kenya U20 international Monate Akuei  has joined Homeboyz while the pair of Billy Kipchirchir and Kelvin Kioko have decamped to Nationwide side Daystar Falcons to pursue their studies,Scrummage understands.
Kioko and Kipchirchir are both graduates of Laiser Hill Academy, the latter having also had  a stint at Kakamega High School.
Kipchirchir featured prominently during the 2017 Eric Shirley Shield while Kioko starred in the National Sevens circuit the same year.
Akuei is the second Nakuru player to join Homeboyz in under a week, the Deejays having acquired the services of halfback Henry Ayah last week.
Akuei and Ayah are in line to make their debuts for Homeboyz during the pre-season Impala Floodlit tournament slated for 13,20 and 27 October at the Impala Club.
Nakuru RFC finished at fourth position during the 2018 National Sevens Circuit after accumulating 80 points from six legs.
