NATIONAL SEVENS CIRCUIT

Impala DOR rates their Christie 7s chances

Impala Saracens Director of Rugby Fred Ollows believes  the sides performance in the final leg will depend on their mental preparedness.
Having an outstanding performance at Dala 7s, Resolution Impala Saracens bagged a bronze after two wins against determined Blak blad (15-7), Menengai Oilers(33-19) and a lose to Mwamba (7-24) to book a spot in the Main Cup Quarters where they met their arch rivals Kenya Harlequins.
They came from behind to beat the Quins strong side 17-12 to proceed the Cup Semis where they narrowly lost to Homeboyz 12-19 and took on Ruaraka Rivals KCB defeating them to win Bronze medal.
Resolution Impala Saracens headline pool C where they take on their arch rivals Kenya Harlequins, Northern Suburbs and Uganda Emerging Sevens.
Resolution Impala Saracens Director Of Rugby – Fred Ollows stated, ” It is an exciting pool. This sort of pooling brings out the teams that really want to play. Emerging Uganda will be keen to assure their country that they can take on top tier competition. Quins, whose 7s side seems to be a combination of Kenya & Uganda will definitely want to come hard at us. Northern Suburbs could be labelled as the dark horse of the pool, but we shouldn’t forget that they have nothing to lose. Impala will need to go into this pool ready – mentally.”
The side sits seven on the National 7s log.
