Nakuru RFC tactician Mitch Ocholla believes that his side has a lot to do before Dala 7s and will need to stay focused since the most teams will come with the intention of beating them.
Wanyore have reached two straight main cup finals this season, winning Driftwood 7s after a 12-7 win over Mwamba RFC. Ocholla believes they will have to look at what they did well in Mombasa and iron out their mistakes before the Kisumu trip.

He has hinted at minimal changes to his squad ahead of the fifth leg. The former Strathmore coach feels changes might be effected only if injuries arise.
“We have a lot of work to do before Dala 7s. We have to evaluate what we have been doing. We need to focus because the teams will come harder on us because we won at Driftwood. We will maintain what we have unless their an injury or there is a need for the tactical change,” he told Scrummage.
Nakuru will be making a return to the tournament after skipping the 2017 edition following the political unrest witnessed in the country after the 2017 General elections. They have been grouped in Pool A that has Kisii, Kenya Harlequin, MMUST.
Wanyore will be hoping to put pressure on leaders Homeboyz who have amassed 81 points, Mwamba (70) and KCB (66.
