Mean Machine coach rates teams performance at Kabeberi 7s

Mean Machine 7s coach Ramseyfield Matekwa is impressed with his charges performance that saw them finished eighth at Kababeri 7s.
The University of Nairobi side held Kabras to a 7-7 draw, beat Nondies 14-12 and a 7-0 loss to Northern Suburbs could not deny them the first quarterfinal appearance this season.
In the quarters, the side nearly upset KCB but the Bankers sailed through thanks to a late try by Shaban Ahmed. Matekwa says reaching the fifth place semis means the side has stepped up in their performance.
