Africa Gold Cup standings ahead of final match day

Ahead of the final round of fixtures in the Africa Gold Cup, defending champions Namibia lead the way on 20 points.
The Welwitschias’ final assignment on 18 August is at home against second placed Kenya and a win will see them qualify for a sixth successive Rugby 15s World Cup.
Kenya’s 67-0 thumping of Tunisia on Saturday saw them maintain firm grip on second position as well as drift closer to Namibia; the sides now separated by three points.
Uganda who managed to bag their second victory of the campaign against Morocco occupy third position on 9 points.
Tunisia are fourth on four points while Morocco and Zimbabwe occupy the basement on three points apiece ahead of Saturday’s final action.
While Kenya Simbas will be battling Namibia in a “winner takes all” duel at the Hage Geinghob stadium in Windhoek, Tunisia and Morocco will be involved in a North African derby in Monastir.
Uganda hosts relegation-threated Zimbabwe Sables at the Kyadondo Sports Club in Kampala.
