Homeboyz youngster keen to receive Kenya 7s call up

Following his dazzling start to the 2018 Sevens campaign,Homeboyz winger Mark Wandeto has indicated his desire to represent the national 7s side.
Wandeto was instrumental in aiding the Deejays to cup success at the opening two rounds of the circuit as he bagged 50 points during the Sepetuka 7s,the perfomance earning him Most Valuable Player (MVP) accolade.
Before his heroics in Eldoret,he  was named the Prinsloo 7s most promising player where he also made the Kenya Rugby Union  team of the tournament.
“My ambition is to earn a Kenya 7s call up.I also want to win more of the individual awards while representing my club,” Wandeto said.
The youthful winger will be hoping to continue with his good run of form when Homeboyz look to make it three out of three at the third round of the circuit,Kabeberi 7s slated for the weekend of 18-19 August 2018 at Machakos’ Kenyatta Stadium.
