Kenya Simbas prepare for Tunisia with Nanyuki camp

The Kenya Simbas held a second training camp last weekend in Nanyuki with the British Army Training Unit Kenya (BATUK ) ahead of the resumption of the Africa Gold Cup. 
In Nanyuki,the side under the tutelage of New Zealander Ian Snook went through conditioning and mental sessions .
The team held a similar camp just before the Elgon Cup first leg encounter against Uganda’s Rugby Cranes.
Simbas return to action on Saturday 11 August with a home duel against Tunisia before heading to Windhoek,Namibia on the final match day for a potential decider against the hosts.

This year’s Africa Gold Cup winners book automatic qualification to the Japan 2019 Rugby World Cup where they will slot in a pool B that features holders New Zealand,South Africa,Italy and Repechage winners
The second ranked side will take part in the Repechage tournament slated for November 2018 in France to try and seal qualification against Germany,Hong Kong and Canada.
