Kabras coach speaks on Fijian halfback Tavaga

Kabras Sugar coach Edwin Achayo admits that newboy David Tavaga is yet to fully adapt to the Kenyan style of play.
Tavaga,a Fijian national  joined the millers two weeks ago alongside his brother Jone Kubu who is set for a second stint with the side having left at the end of the 2016/17 season.
He made his debut for Kabras during the CITAM 7s tournament in Kisumu before being named in the squad to Prinsloo 7s for his competitive debut.
“He is yet to show up honestly but it happens a lot to the foreign guys.The Kenyan style is new to them;its physical and he has had a taste of it which is good.I feel like we are yet to see the best of him,”Achayo said.
Tavaga is in line to feature at the second round of the National 7s circuit,Sepetuka slated for the weekend of 28-29 July 2018 at the Eldoret Sports Club.
