RWC7s:Kenya 7s shocked by Ireland in Challenge quarters

Kenya 7s were denied a place in the World Cup challenge trophy semis after going down 24-14 to Ireland on Sunday morning at AT&T Park in San Francisco.
Ireland started off by taking the game to Kenya and Hugo Keenan scored to send the side 5-0 up. A conversion from the side saw them lead 7-0.
The side continued to put pressure on Kenya and Jordan Conroy crossed over for 12-0 lead. Kenya would, however, pull one back before the break. Injera spectacularly beat two Ireland defenders and set up Willy Ambaka who scored to cut the gap to five points.
In the Second half, Conroy got the second try after rounding Agero and his try was converted sending Ireland to 17-0.  Injera-Ambaka combination saw the later hit the gap and went over reducing the deficit to five again.
Conroy stretched the game further by scoring at the death and send the side to the Challenge semis
